Finding the process variables behind a defect.
A large set of candidate process variables made it difficult to isolate what was driving defects. I used screening design of experiments and statistical analysis to narrow the investigation.

What I worked on
I applied screening DOE and statistical analysis to isolate the process variables contributing to defect generation from a large candidate set. That directed mitigation toward the responsible process step rather than relying on outgoing inspection alone.
